Private duty nurse’s available for necessary administering of tracheostomy, g-tube and ventilators. Provide assistance with daily living for the pediatric patients as well as medication administering and monitoring.
Assess children’s health problems and chart-out a care plan.
Provide one-on-one patient care.
Administer medication and take and record vitals.
Assess home situations to determine that children are in the best possible environment.
Plan and provide a meal program per children’s health and nutritional needs.
Assist children with daily care such as grooming, bathing, and toileting.
Ensure that all vaccinations are given in a time-efficient manner.
Provide emotional support to children and their families.
Observe symptoms and report to the pediatrician.
Start and monitor intravenous fluids.
Act as a home health educator for children and their families.
Record medical findings, symptoms, and observations.
Act as a consultant for children’s welfare.
Home Health Aides are available to help with the patient’s personal care and hygiene needs and to provide light homemaking services.

Perform domestic and household tasks
Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
Administer simple prescribed medications
Assist with clients personal care activities
Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise

Special therapy services are available for patients requiring rehabilitative care and include:
PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Provides physicians prescribed treatment aimed at development and restoration of muscle and joint function. Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Helps patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and activities of daily living. In accordance with agency policy and state/federal regulations, provides independent, age-appropriate occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients. Teaches patient/family and care givers preventative and rehabilitative procedures. Develops and coordinates the plan of care and provides case management.
SPEECH PATHOLOGIST - Assists patient with impaired communication skills to regain those skills or to learn alternative ways to express their needs and feelings. Provides direct patient care to members having communication and swallowing disorders by evaluating, diagnosing, developing and implementing therapy / treatment programs.
